Project overview
The Tori Compound infrastructure project in Dubai was commissioned by MAG Developments to deliver the master-level community infrastructure for a premium residential compound. Cairo Contracting was appointed to execute the full infrastructure scope, encompassing the internal road network, potable water and irrigation distribution networks, sewerage collection, storm-water drainage, electrical and telecommunications ducting, street lighting, landscaping and hardscape elements. The works were delivered in full compliance with Dubai Municipality and DEWA standards and were sequenced to enable parallel villa construction across the compound.
The Tori infrastructure package is closely integrated with Cairo Contracting’s villa construction scope on the same site, demonstrating the Company’s capability to deliver integrated horizontal and vertical work packages for United Arab Emirates master developers and providing MAG Developments with a single, accountable delivery partner across both work streams.
