Arlington II 12 Floors

The Arlington II residential project in Dubai is commissioned by MAJID Developments and comprises a 12-storey residential building delivered alongside the adjacent Arlington I tower for the same client. Cairo Contracting has been appointed as general contractor with responsibility for the full vertical delivery of the building, including foundations and substructure works, reinforced concrete superstructure, comprehensive mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, façade installation, apartment and common-area interior fit-out, and external works.

The concurrent delivery of Arlington I and II enables Cairo Contracting to share site mobilisation, centralised procurement, common supervisory resources and standardised construction details across both structures, driving programme certainty and consistent quality outcomes. Together, the two Arlington buildings reinforce Cairo Contracting’s positioning as a repeat-business contractor of choice for United Arab Emirates mid-rise residential developers.
