Saada Compound Egypt

The Saada Compound infrastructure project in Cairo was commissioned by Horizon Egypt to deliver the master-level community infrastructure for a new residential development.

Cairo Contracting was appointed to execute the full infrastructure scope, encompassing the internal road network, potable water distribution and sewerage collection networks, storm-water drainage systems, medium- and low-voltage electrical reticulation, street lighting, and landscaping works. The works were sequenced to enable phased handover to incoming residents and to subsequent plot developers, and required coordination with the Cairo municipal utility authorities for external network connections and with the master developer on plot-level interfaces.

The successful delivery of the Saada Compound infrastructure provided Horizon Egypt with a fully serviced platform for the vertical development of the community and reinforced Cairo Contracting’s positioning as a trusted infrastructure delivery partner in the Egyptian residential development sector.
