Project overview
The KnightsBridge Compound infrastructure project in Dubai was commissioned by LEOS Developments to deliver the master-level community infrastructure for a residential compound of villas and townhouses. Cairo Contracting was appointed to execute the full infrastructure scope, encompassing the internal road network, potable water and irrigation systems, sewerage collection, storm-water drainage, electrical and telecommunications ducting, street lighting, landscaping and hardscape works. The works were delivered to Dubai Municipality and DEWA standards and were sequenced to support the parallel residential build-out across the compound.
The KnightsBridge infrastructure package is fully integrated with Cairo Contracting’s concurrent residential scope on the same site, illustrating the Company’s established positioning as an end-to-end delivery partner for United Arab Emirates master-planned community developments and reinforcing the relationship with LEOS Developments as a repeat client.
