112 Knightsbridge Villas and Townhouses

The KnightsBridge residential package in Dubai was commissioned by LEOS Developments and comprises 112 villas and townhouses within the KnightsBridge Compound.

Cairo Contracting was appointed as general contractor with responsibility for the full residential build, including reinforced concrete superstructures, comprehensive mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, interior and exterior finishes, private swimming pools where applicable, and landscaped plots. The concurrent delivery of 112 units demanded strong centralised procurement, standardised construction details to drive efficiency and consistency, and a disciplined trade-sequencing model across the site. The residential package was executed in parallel with Cairo Contracting’s master infrastructure scope on the same compound, providing LEOS Developments with a single, accountable delivery partner across both the horizontal and vertical works and reinforcing the relationship as a repeat client across multiple work streams.
